Instruction of prize redemption
1. Start collecting stickers between 1 January 2024 - 30 November 2024
Redeem your prize from 1 January - 15 December 2024 or until our prize supplies run out.
2. Get 1 sticker when purchasing one of our medical food products. (Sticker is available on the lid)
3. Collect the specified number of stickers to redeem
4. To redeem a prize via post
4.1 Please fill your name, last name, and address for delivery at the back of your sticker collection card
4.2 Send it to the following address
